1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of commercial kitchen equipment, custom stainless-steel fabrication and related services by Make My Restaurant (“MMR”, “we”, “us”) to you (“the customer”). By requesting a quote, placing an order or buying from us you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Quotations and pricing
- Prices shown on our website are indicative “from” prices for guidance only. The binding price for any item or project is the one stated in your written quotation.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them (30 days unless noted) and may change with specification, quantity, material cost or exchange-rate movements.
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Where applicable, VAT is added at the prevailing rate.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed once you have accepted our quotation in writing and paid any required deposit. For custom fabrication, production begins only after the final design, dimensions and specification are approved by you.
4. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quotation. We accept card, online payment, bank transfer and other methods stated at checkout or on your invoice. Goods and custom work remain our property until paid for in full.
5. Delivery and installation
- We deliver and, where included, install across Dubai, Sharjah and all emirates. Lead times are estimates and depend on item, customisation and stock.
- Risk passes to you on delivery; please inspect goods on receipt and report any visible damage immediately (see our Return & Refund Policy).
6. Warranty
Custom fabrication carries our workmanship warranty. Branded equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we facilitate on your behalf. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or normal wear.
7. Returns and cancellations
Custom-made and factory-sourced (special-order) items are produced or brought in specifically for you and are non-returnable except where faulty. Please read our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, content and branding on this site remain the property of Make My Restaurant and may not be copied or reused without permission.
